Our Audio Transcriber members have successfully passed both theory and practical examinations, showing excellent vocabulary, grammar and punctuation skills, as well as being able to work under pressure.

Transcripts can be provided on an expedited basis, e.g. same day/overnight, or on a standard/delayed basis. This will be discussed between the client and the member on a case-by-case basis.

  • I began my UK career in 1996 as a Court Reporter after training in the United States producing delayed and realtime transcripts, arbitrations, disciplinary hearing and depositions. I am currently doing Speech-to-Text in office meetings, union and corporate conferences, AGMs, training courses, board meetings, seminars, one-to-one peer reviews, comedy, university seminars/lectures, after-dinner speeches, disability panel discussions either onsite or remotely or to big screen. I can work anywhere a verbatim realtime note needs to be taken.
    I was President of BIVR in 2018.

    I am NRCPD registered since 2009.

    I passed BIVR's QRR1* (i.e., with distinction)
